Ironically (and maybe pretentiously!) Äleluja claims to be holy and positive clothing. Holy because the production of an äleluja t-shirt causes minimum damage to the environment. The turkish labourers and organic farmers are payed decent wages and 5% of the acquisation price goes to sustainable projects.
Äleluja offers a fair priced alternative to existing clothing. It is a mixture of trendy trash, with a healthy spark of eco and fair trade.
In our opinion big words such as ecology, fairtrade, organic and so on, are far too often used from a purely commercial point of view. A sustainable and fair production is not a commercial choice of Äleluja, but is a key requirement. Äleluja guarantees an authentic product. No bullshit!
Organic cotton: This cotton is produced in an environment-friendly way which is less damaging compared to traditionally produced cotton. The äleluja t-shirts are certified by the Skal label.
Printing: In comparison to the traditional printing, the printing of äleluja t-shirts is done with less hazardous chemicals.
5% support: Some companies, claiming to be sustainable, only put 1% of their profits into sustainable projects. However, Äleluja pledges to put 5% of its total turnover into such projects!
Stickers: Are printed on ecological vinyl.
